Hal Leftwich is the Administrator of Big South Fork Medical Center. Dr. Hal Leftwich provides team building, operational and financial improvement, and strategic insights to organizations, with a focus on rural providers and network development.

He holds an earned Doctor of Business Administration, Master of Hospital and Health Administration, along with other degrees, and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Over 30 years of varied experience in leadership, planning, emergency response, organizational turnaround, and other areas help him effectively guide teams to develop effective innovative and collaborative solutions.

Cathal McGuckin is the Business Operations Manager of Rennova Health’s hospital division, with the responsibility of analyzing daily operations and focusing on process refinement, while looking for new areas of growth within the facilities in Tennessee.  With Cathal’s previous experience in business operations and inventory management, Cathal also manages the Materials Management functions in Rennova Health Facilities, with success in streamlining and centralizing processes within the departments. 

Prior to joining Rennova, Cathal worked as a Retail Store Manager managing a team of thirty five staff and overseeing the daily operations of the business.  Cathal was responsible for implementing new services to achieve overall company growth, leading to an increase in sales of 9% year on year.  Cathal’s previous position enabled him to heavily focus on the digitization of processes, providing full visibility of all departments for management.

Cathal holds a master’s degree in Business Development and Innovation, a Bachelor's Degree in Transport Planning and a Diploma in International Professional Practice from Ulster University, Northern Ireland.

Rebecca Lagan is Marketing Manager at Rennova Health, Inc., with the responsibility of all marketing activities of Rennova and its rural health facilities in Tennessee. Prior to joining Rennova, Rebecca worked as Marketing Manager overseeing the marketing activities of four companies operating within the retail, hospitality, construction and fuel distribution industries in Northern Ireland. Alongside this, Rebecca also worked as a Market Research Consultant for Ulster University, working closely with CTRIC (Clinical Translational Research and Innovation Centre) in the development of medical devices. Areas of market research included market analysis, consumer research, product development and refinement and the proposal of market entry strategies.

Rebecca holds a master’s degree in Marketing, bachelor's degree in Business with Computing and a diploma in International Professional Practice from Ulster University, Northern Ireland, where she was awarded with several awards for overall top performance.

Kristi Dymond brings over 18 years’ financial experience to the Rennova Health Team. Prior to joining Rennova in 2014, Kristi worked in her family business in the funeral industry overseeing the daily operations of the firm and managing all financial activities and prepaid trust accounts. She also spent three years working for a non-profit organization as a bookkeeper. Kristi attended Florida Atlantic University.  Her main role in Rennova Health is to manage accounts payable and oversee cash management for Rennova and its subsidiaries.  She also maintains a system of policies and procedures that impose a valuable level of control over financial activities within the company.

Karen Taylor has 20 years business operations and management experience.  She is responsible for implementing human resource management strategies that enable Rennova Health to recruit, train, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. Karen specializes in talent management, employee relations strategies,  benefits programs, training and development and leadership development. Ms. Taylor holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Master's degree in Leadership.
